With capacity for up to 400 delegates, the magnificent Colonnades Ballroom offers a stunning setting for your next meeting or event, with its spectacular chandelier and sumptuous décor. What’s more the suite is completely self-contained to give your event privacy, including a private bar and restroom facilities. Fully equipped with air conditioning, integrated sound and light systems, rigging gantries and direct access, the beautiful Colonnades Ballroom offers everything you may need to meet your needs precisely for your next event.

Natural light floods the Palazzo with its stunning views over the magnificent Baltic Exchange Gardens. Directly adjacent to the Colonnades Ballroom, this beautiful gallery has a capacity for up to 100 delegates or guests and is perfect for private dinners, receptions, refreshment break-outs, syndicate space or private meetings. The Palazzo also features air conditioning and integrated sound and light systems.

Based in the modern building this wonderful space can be used for meetings up to 100 theatre style or 60 cabaret style. It has plenty of natural daylight and is fully air-conditioned. The Jubilee Room works well for private meetings, dinner and exhibition space. Additionally the room features a dance floor and an outdoor area for your guests.

If you’re looking for a high tech meeting or event space for up to 250 guests, the Kings’ Quarter fits the bill perfectly. The room boasts a BOSE sound system, state-of-the-art lighting, air conditioning, and WiFi. It also features a built in bar, buffet station and dance floor and benefits from beautiful views of the Italian terraced gardens.

This boardroom is positioned on the ground floor of the Grade II listed building and offers all the equipment you need for a great meeting environment, it is also fully air conditioned. The Prince Albert boardroom layout can be configured in additional layouts with a capacity for 30 theatre style.

Planning a board meeting or small group training session? These two beautiful boardrooms on the first floor are brimming with character and Victorian features. They each have wonderful views over the Baltic Exchange Gardens and offer a capacity of up to 30 delegates theatre style.

Planning a smaller event for up to 45 delegates? The Edward Room offers a unique space with its vaulted ceiling and Victorian features. Whilst traditional in appearance, it features state-of-the-art technology including built-in AV and facilitator remote touch-pad
